Our tailor made software connects you directly to your accountant at all times no matter where you are in the world. We are able to monitor your work, inform you of any corrections that you need to make and guide you through it.

The software allows you to invoice your client and to claim back any expenses that you incur. It's all online, so you can use it at work or at home. A few mouseclicks and you can create and email your weekly invoice to your agent before close of play on Friday.

The secure site is protected by a Thawte certificate and runs under https. Remember, emails are not secure or encrypted and can be read by anyone with access to your mail server. Emailing is not a good way to submit your private financial data to your accountant.

Reducing the IR35 risk.

From the information you enter online, a vat return is produced for flat rate schemes and for the regular vat return scheme. So long as you have correctly entered the data, you can be assured at all times that the figures on the vat return are 100% correct.

We will produce payroll and dividend calculations to ensure that you are taking the most tax efficient method of being paid from your company.
These will be done each month and will be emailed to you to print and keep safe. We will act as your agent with the HMRC to resolve any problems that you have and submit the tax returns for the company on your behalf. In the unlikely event you are selected for investigation, we have access to a team of solicitors and ex-tax inspectors who will defend your case for you.If you decide to buy the additional insurance service we can also insure you for the additional tax that you will pay should you lose.
