Company Formation
We can arrange for your company to be formed and complete all the necessary forms and registrations to be completed for PAYE, VAT and Corporation tax with your company ready to trade within 24 hours.
The cost for this is £30 + vat.
IR35 Protection
Despite the recent legal cases IR35 still remains a threat to you and your contracting company. You can protect yourself against this risk.
Contract review basic £45 + vat.
Contract review detailed £170 + vat.
Tax and national insurance protection from £17 per month.
These services are in addition to the tax enquiry fee protection that we give you free of charge.
Company Secretarial and Compliance
Your company once formed will have a legal responsibility to submit annual returns to Companies House and maintain adequate company records. We complete the annual return free of charge for you - even the £14 return fee is paid by us as part of your package.
If you wish, we can additionally maintain these company records and provide you with PDF copies for £60 + vat per annum. This included making unlimited updates to your directors, secretary and shareholders throughout the year and fully documenting any dividend payments you pay yourself.
